Pascal Barioulet appointed commercial director
Pascal Barioulet becomes commercial director of ELSYS Design, the company specializing in electronic system design and software development. ELSYS Design celebrated its 20th anniversary last month.
Paris, October 22nd, 2020 – Pascal Barioulet, 48, joined ELSYS Design shortly after the creation of the company in September 2000. He had previously worked at VLSI (now STMicroelectronics) as a design engineer in microelectronics, then as a business manager in the world of engineering services.
At ELSYS Design, he managed the newly created Sophia Antipolis design center, then became Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur regional director and southern region director. In 2015, he crossed the Atlantic to lead ELSYS America, the subsidiary of ELSYS Design in the Silicon Valley.
He returned from the United States in the summer of 2020 to take on the newly created role of commercial director. In his new role, he must define the commercial strategy in connection with the executive management of ELSYS Design, lead the team of key account managers, take charge of a portfolio of clients and finally lead the Western France region, from Rennes to Toulouse.
He reports to Radomir Jovanovic, the CEO of ELSYS Design.
Pascal graduated from the Ecole Polytechnique Universitaire de Montpellier in microelectronics.
